Job Description

Esri is seeking a Principal Training Product Manager to join our team and help support our commitment to providing best-in-class training products to our customers. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual who has a passion for delivering exceptional training products and services. The ideal candidate should have the ability to think strategically and act tactically, with an eye for detail and customer service.To be successful in this role, the candidate must have a minimum of seven years of experience in curriculum development, course ware design, instructional design, and training delivery. They should possess a deep understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design principles, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks. The candidate should also have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, a background in software development or data science is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and delivering effective training products and services • Designing courseware and curriculums, and ensuring they are up-to-date and in line with industry best practices • Managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion • Conducting research and staying up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in the industry • Developing and implementing adult learning theory and instructional design principles • Communicating and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills • Utilizing software development and data science knowledge to enhance training products and services
