Manage and maintain all aspects of the company's network infrastructure, including hardware, software, and protocols
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues to ensure maximum uptime and connectivity for employees
Monitor network performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize speed and efficiency
Configure and maintain all network equipment, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other devices
Collaborate with other IT team members to plan and implement network upgrades and expansions
Ensure network security and implement necessary measures to protect against potential threats
Develop and maintain network documentation and procedures for reference and training purposes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology, and make recommendations for improvements or updates to the company's network infrastructure
Provide technical support and training to employees on network-related topics
Conduct regular audits and tests to ensure compliance with network policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Network Administration, Preferably In A Large And Complex Network Environment.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Cisco Networking Equipment, Including Routers, Switches, And Firewalls.
Proficient In Network Protocols Such As Tcp/Ip, Dns, Dhcp, And Vpn.
Certifications In Relevant Areas Such As Ccna, Ccnp, Or Cissp Are Highly Desirable.
