
Human Resources Business Partner
Esri is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about people, understands business needs, and is a strong relationship builder. This role will be responsible for partnering with leadership and employees to ensure that the organization has the necessary resources, processes, and tools to succeed. The successful candidate must possess an exceptional aptitude for developing strong relationships, a proven track record of providing Human Resources guidance to a wide range of stakeholders, and an in-depth knowledge of Human Resources functions. In addition, they must have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, at least five years of experience in a Human Resources role, and experience working with diverse populations. The ideal candidate for this role will be an enthusiastic, self-motivated professional who is eager to help our organization grow and thrive. They must be a creative problem solver with a strong focus on customer service, an excellent communicator and negotiator, and possess a commitment to continuous improvement. Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and employees to ensure organization has necessary resources, processes, and tools to succeed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Provide Human Resources guidance and support.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Human Resources functions and best practices.
- Assist with employee relations issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
- Serve as a resource for employees regarding Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
- Monitor Human Resources trends and recommend process improvements.
- Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
