  1. Develop and deliver high-quality training programs and courses on GIS technology to clients worldwide.
  2. Design and update training materials and curriculum to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product developments and enhancements, and incorporate them into training programs.
  4. Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps and tailor training solutions to meet the specific needs of clients.
  5. Travel to client sites, both domestically and internationally, to deliver in-person training and support.
  6. Utilize various training methods, such as classroom instruction, webinars, and online courses, to maximize learning outcomes for clients.
  7. Provide technical support and guidance to clients during and after training sessions.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on client feedback and industry trends.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in GIS technology and training methodologies.
  10. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction with our training services.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote training services and drive business growth.
  12. Contribute to the development and implementation of global training strategies and initiatives.
  13. Mentor and train other trainers and team members to ensure consistency and high-quality delivery of training services.
  14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all aspects of job performance.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Education, Training And Development, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Delivering Global Training Programs In A Corporate Setting.

  • Experience With Different Learning Methodologies, Including Virtual And In-Person Training.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Geospatial Technology And Its Applications In Various Industries.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Diverse Global Teams And Stakeholders.
