Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges in utilizing GIS technology for local government operations.
Design and implement GIS solutions that address client needs and improve their decision-making processes.
Provide technical expertise and support to clients in the use and customization of GIS software.
Conduct demos and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of GIS solutions for local government.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the local government sector.
Stay up-to-date with the latest GIS technology and trends in the local government industry to continuously improve and enhance solutions.
Conduct training and workshops for clients to ensure effective utilization and adoption of GIS solutions.
Act as a liaison between clients and Esri's technical support and development teams, advocating for client needs and providing feedback for product improvements.
Travel to client sites to provide on-site support, training, and troubleshooting as needed.
Communicate regularly with clients to maintain positive relationships and ensure their satisfaction with Esri's GIS solutions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project progress, and solution implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized GIS solutions tailored to specific client needs.
Represent Esri at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to showcase our GIS solutions for local government.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Gis, Geography, Computer Science, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Gis Solution Development And Implementation, Preferably In A Local Government Setting
Knowledge Of Esri Software And Technology, Including Arcgis Enterprise, Arcgis Online, And Mobile Gis Applications
Strong Understanding Of Local Government Workflows And Processes, Particularly In Areas Such As Land Use Planning, Public Works, And Emergency Management
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders In A Fast-Paced Environment.
