  1. Develop and execute event agendas for various Esri events, including conferences, workshops, and webinars.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event agendas align with company goals and objectives.
  3. Research and identify industry trends and topics to incorporate into event agendas to keep them relevant and engaging.
  4. Create compelling and informative content for events, including presentations, panels, and workshops.
  5. Manage event logistics, including securing venues, coordinating with vendors, and overseeing event setup and breakdown.
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and drive attendance.
  7. Collaborate with speakers and presenters to ensure they are prepared and have necessary resources for their sessions.
  8. Monitor and track event budgets to ensure events are delivered within allocated resources.
  9. Utilize data and attendee feedback to continuously improve event agendas and content.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into event planning processes.
  11. Manage multiple events simultaneously and ensure they are executed seamlessly.
  12. Provide onsite support during events to ensure smooth operations and address any issues that may arise.
  13. Communicate with attendees and stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments for future events.
  14. Represent Esri at events and act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's products and services.
  15. Maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful collaborations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Marketing, Communications, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Relevant Experience In Event Planning And Content Development

  • Proficiency In Event Management Software And Digital Content Creation Tools

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events And Deadlines Simultaneously

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners
