- Plan and execute engaging and impactful marketing strategies for various events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, themes, and messaging that align with Esri's brand and products.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and timeline management.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful event experience for attendees.
- Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure maximum exposure and ROI for Esri.
- Create and distribute event marketing materials, such as invitations, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
- Monitor and analyze event metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future events.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
- Assist with post-event follow-up, including lead tracking, survey distribution, and data analysis.
- Support the development of event-related content, such as presentations, demos, and booth materials.
- Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
- Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Esri in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential event sponsorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event messaging and branding are consistent with overall marketing strategies and goals.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Execution, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry.
Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Event Management Software And Tools, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, And Experience With Social Media And Digital Marketing For Events.
