  1. Plan and execute engaging and impactful marketing strategies for various events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and virtual events.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event concepts, themes, and messaging that align with Esri's brand and products.
  3. Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and timeline management.
  4. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful event experience for attendees.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure maximum exposure and ROI for Esri.
  6. Create and distribute event marketing materials, such as invitations, email campaigns, social media posts, and advertisements.
  7. Monitor and analyze event metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for future events.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics.
  9. Assist with post-event follow-up, including lead tracking, survey distribution, and data analysis.
  10. Support the development of event-related content, such as presentations, demos, and booth materials.
  11. Maintain event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial goals.
  12. Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and troubleshooting.
  13. Serve as a brand ambassador and represent Esri in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  14. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue potential event sponsorship opportunities.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure event messaging and branding are consistent with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Planning And Execution, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry.

  • Strong Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Events Simultaneously.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Event Management Software And Tools, Such As Cvent Or Eventbrite, And Experience With Social Media And Digital Marketing For Events.
