  1. Identify and attract top talent: The primary responsibility of the Corporate Recruiter will be to identify and attract highly skilled and qualified candidates for various positions within the company.
  2. Develop recruiting strategies: The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for developing effective and innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent, including utilizing various sourcing methods, attending job fairs, and building relationships with universities and industry organizations.
  3. Partner with hiring managers: The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions to attract the best candidates for each position.
  4. Conduct interviews and screenings: The Corporate Recruiter will conduct thorough interviews and screenings of potential candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit within the company.
  5. Manage candidate experience: The Corporate Recruiter will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
  6. Utilize recruitment tools and technology: The Corporate Recruiter will utilize various recruitment tools and technology to streamline the hiring process, such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media platforms.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends: The Corporate Recruiter will keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the job market to continuously improve recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
  8. Build and maintain a talent pipeline: The Corporate Recruiter will proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings and maintain relationships with passive candidates.
  9. Collaborate with HR team: The Corporate Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process and to align recruitment strategies with company goals and values.
  10. Represent Esri as an employer of choice: As a representative of the company, the Corporate Recruiter will promote Esri's values, culture, and opportunities to potential candidates, acting as an ambassador for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Corporate Recruiting, Preferably In The Technology Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Hiring Managers And Candidates

  • Knowledge Of Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Tools, As Well As A Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Programs.
