- Analyze and improve the ServiceNow platform to support business operations at Esri.
- Collaborate with various teams and departments to gather requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement within the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform that align with business needs and goals.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement customizations and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform.
- Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and functionality and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Continuously monitor and analyze system performance to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and management.
- Act as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow, providing guidance and support to team members and end-users.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business processes and how they are supported by the ServiceNow platform.
- Adhere to established processes and procedures while continuously seeking opportunities to streamline and improve processes.
- Work independently and as part of a team to ensure successful delivery of projects and initiatives related to the ServiceNow platform.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Computer Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience Working As A Business Analyst, Preferably In The Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of The Servicenow Platform And Its Various Modules, Including It Service Management, Hr Service Delivery, And Customer Service Management.
Proven Experience In Gathering And Analyzing Business Requirements, And Translating Them Into Technical Specifications And Workflows Within Servicenow.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
