As an Account Manager for Local Government, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, promoting our innovative GIS solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase market share in the Southeast region for local government clients.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Research and identify potential new business opportunities within the local government market.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote Esri's GIS solutions and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  5. Stay informed about the latest trends and challenges facing local governments and use this knowledge to inform sales strategies.
  6. Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits of Esri's solutions.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
  9. Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in GIS technology and the local government industry.
  10. Represent Esri at industry events and conferences, networking and promoting the company's products and services.
  11. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with Esri's solutions.
  12. Collaborate with other Account Managers and sales teams to share best practices and drive overall company success.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Esri, promoting our mission and values within the local government community.
  14. Travel to client sites and participate in regular business reviews and meetings.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
