  1. Develop and maintain relationships with conservation and nonprofit clients to ensure their success in using Esri's software and services.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, including responding to inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential clients and opportunities within the conservation and nonprofit sector.
  4. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance on how Esri's products and services can support their goals.
  5. Act as a subject matter expert on Esri's software and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and features.
  6. Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  7. Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and trainings to clients on how to effectively use Esri's products and services.
  8. Provide feedback and insights from clients to the product development team to help improve and enhance Esri's offerings.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop targeted campaigns and materials for conservation and nonprofit clients.
  10. Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and news related to conservation and nonprofit organizations to inform account management strategies.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account status in the company's CRM system.
  12. Represent Esri at industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and promote the company's offerings.
  13. Actively contribute to the company's mission of making a positive impact on the planet through supporting conservation and nonprofit organizations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Environmental Science, Conservation Biology, Nonprofit Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management, Sales, Or Business Development In The Conservation Or Nonprofit Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Conservation And Nonprofit Landscape, Including Key Players, Funding Sources, And Current Trends.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Relationships With Clients, Partners, And Stakeholders.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Concepts And Solutions To Diverse Audiences.
