
Account Manager – Commercial Forestry

- Manage and cultivate relationships with commercial forestry clients.
- Drive sales and revenue growth through the identification of new business opportunities and the expansion of existing accounts.
- Understand and stay updated on industry trends, challenges, and opportunities in the commercial forestry sector.
- Provide expert knowledge and guidance on GIS solutions and how they can be applied to enhance forestry operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present tailored solutions to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including client satisfaction, retention rates, and sales metrics.
- Keep up-to-date records of client interactions and maintain accurate account information in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote our commercial forestry solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor and build long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their continued success and satisfaction.
- Provide regular feedback to the product development team on client needs and market trends.
- Stay current on advancements in GIS technology and how they can be applied to the commercial forestry industry.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards, at all times.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Client Accounts.
Bachelor's Degree In Forestry, Natural Resource Management, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Forestry, Preferably In A Sales Or Account Management Role.
Strong Understanding Of Gis Software And Its Application In The Forestry Industry.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Negotiate With Clients At All Levels.
