- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and goals.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow and retain business with existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Esri to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss their usage of our products and services, address any concerns or issues, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging for specific industries and clients.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services to clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and client satisfaction metrics to senior management.
- Provide accurate and timely forecasts of revenue and sales pipeline.
- Represent Esri at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
- Mentor and train other team members on sales strategies and best practices.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Commercial Sales Or Account Management.
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Accounts And Tasks Simultaneously.
Familiarity With Gis Technology And/Or Previous Experience In The Geospatial Industry Would Be A Plus.
