Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Consulting, Preferably In A Consulting Firm Or Professional Services Organization.

  • Strong Project Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Delivery And Client Satisfaction.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Workforce Management Strategies, Tools, And Best Practices, Including Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, And Employee Engagement.

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior-Level Stakeholders.
