  1. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the UKG workforce management platform, including its capabilities and limitations.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, and develop customized workforce management solutions that align with their goals.
  3. Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver high-quality and impactful solutions to clients.
  4. Conduct in-depth analysis of client data to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimizing workforce management processes.
  5. Design and deliver training programs for clients on how to effectively use the UKG workforce management platform.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in workforce management, and apply this knowledge to client engagements.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support and guidance.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on the UKG workforce management platform, providing guidance and support to both clients and internal teams.
  9. Monitor project progress and ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  10. Mentor and develop junior team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed in their roles.
  11. Collaborate with other teams within EY to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling services to clients.
  12. Represent EY at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in workforce management.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our workforce management consulting services.
  14. Adhere to EY's code of conduct and ethical standards at all times while maintaining the confidentiality of client information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Consulting, Preferably In The Ukg (Ultimate Kronos Group) System.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes, Policies, And Regulations.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Clients And Projects Simultaneously.

  • Proven Leadership And Team Management Experience, With The Ability To Mentor And Develop Junior Team Members.
