  1. Provide expert UKG workforce management consulting services to clients, helping them optimize their workforce and drive business success.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Utilize deep understanding of UKG's workforce management solutions to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  4. Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work and meeting client expectations.
  5. Conduct in-depth analyses and assessments of client workforce management processes to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with other members of the workforce management consulting team to share best practices and develop new strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in workforce management technology, bringing new ideas and solutions to clients.
  8. Communicate regularly with clients to provide progress updates, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with consulting services.
  9. Mentor and train junior consultants to develop their skills and knowledge in UKG workforce management consulting.
  10. Represent Ernst & Young and the workforce management consulting team at industry events and conferences.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, while performing consulting services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Workforce Management Consulting, Preferably In A Ukg Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Ukg Workforce Management Software And Systems.

  • Excellent Project Management And Leadership Skills.

  • Ability To Work Collaboratively With Clients And Internal Teams To Develop And Implement Effective Workforce Management Strategies.
