Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Consulting, Preferably In The Ukg (Ultimate Kronos Group) Platform.
Strong Understanding Of Uk Labor Laws And Regulations, Including Employee Classification, Compensation, And Benefits.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team To Deliver Successful Client Engagements.
Proven Experience In Implementing Ukg Workforce Management Solutions, Including Time And Attendance, Scheduling, And Labor Analytics.
