- Develop and implement UKG workforce management strategies for clients to optimize their workforce and drive business success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations on workforce management best practices.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' workforce data and create customized solutions to meet their specific needs and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of workforce management strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in UKG workforce management to continuously improve and enhance strategies for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Utilize strong project management skills to effectively manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and progress reports.
- Represent EY and the UKG workforce management consulting team at industry events and conferences.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Management Consulting, Preferably In A Ukg Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Ukg Software And Its Various Modules, Including Time And Attendance, Scheduling, And Hr Management.
Proven Track Record Of Managing And Delivering Successful Workforce Management Projects For Clients.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Build Relationships With Clients.
