- Lead and manage a team of consultants in providing technology consulting services to clients in the area of SAP Finance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier clients, understanding their business needs and providing innovative solutions to drive business success.
- Act as a subject matter expert in SAP Finance, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive transformation and increase efficiency for clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to optimize clients' technology and financial processes.
- Train and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Communicate project updates and progress to clients and senior management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Accounting, Or Information Technology.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Sap Finance Consulting, Preferably With Big Four Or Other Leading Consulting Firms.
Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Implementing Sap Finance Solutions.
Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects And Teams Simultaneously.
Strong Communication And Client Management Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
