  1. Manage and oversee all aspects of tax compliance and planning for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and serving as their main point of contact for all tax-related matters.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  4. Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations, and proactively advise clients on potential implications and opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to provide comprehensive solutions and services to clients.
  6. Conduct research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
  7. Prepare and review complex tax returns, including federal, state, and international tax filings.
  8. Manage and oversee tax audits, responding to inquiries and providing support as needed.
  9. Develop and implement tax strategies and processes to improve efficiency and ensure compliance.
  10. Communicate complex tax concepts and strategies to clients, providing clear and concise recommendations.
  11. Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a positive and collaborative relationship with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  12. Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the tax department.
  13. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Contribute to business development efforts by identifying opportunities and cultivating new client relationships.
  15. Collaborate with other Tax Managers and senior leadership to drive team goals and achieve business objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Cpa Certification Or Other Relevant Professional Certification.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Tax Preparation And Compliance.

  • Strong Understanding Of Federal, State, And Local Tax Laws And Regulations.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Multiple Tax Projects Simultaneously.
