Responsibilities for Tax Controversy Manager:

  1. Provide tax advice to clients on a variety of tax matters
  2. Research and analyze legal and tax documents to identify potential issues
  3. Develop innovative solutions to complex tax issues
  4. Prepare and present tax controversy opinions and strategies
  5. Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
  6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and tax documents
  7. Manage and coordinate the IRS audit process
  8. Stay abreast of changes in tax law and regulations
  9. Provide training and mentoring to junior tax professionals
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
