The Ernst & Young Talent Team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Talent Team Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process from start to finish, from onboarding to performance management and development. You will be the go-to person for the Talent Team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of all recruitment processes.To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to handle multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.If you have a passion for helping others and a drive to succeed, we want to hear from you!
