  1. Develop and drive the overall talent acquisition strategy for Ernst & Young (EY), in line with the organization's goals and values.
  2. Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels and functions within the organization.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders to understand their hiring needs and provide effective solutions.
  4. Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to social media, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  5. Implement and maintain efficient and effective recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  6. Continuously monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and technologies, and proactively integrate them into the talent acquisition strategy.
  8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, to ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  9. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain top talent.
  10. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including job description development, interview training, and candidate assessment.
  11. Mentor and develop a team of recruiters to ensure their ongoing growth and success.
  12. Represent EY at job fairs, career events, and other external recruitment opportunities.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to talent acquisition, as assigned by senior leadership.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for EY, promoting the organization's values and culture to potential candidates.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Professional Services Firm.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Developing And Implementing Effective Recruitment Strategies For Various Levels Of Positions.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Current Recruitment Trends, Tools, And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Partner With Hiring Managers And Stakeholders Across The Organization.
