- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure their success.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external partners.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to drive innovation and improvement in the company's recruitment efforts.
- Develop and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
- Use data and analytics to track and measure the success of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment and ensure a diverse candidate pool.
- Develop and maintain strong employer branding to attract top talent and promote the company as an employer of choice.
- Stay informed of legal and compliance requirements related to recruitment and ensure adherence to these regulations.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, providing insights and recommendations on talent acquisition and management.
- Participate in the development and implementation of talent management strategies, including onboarding, employee development, and retention.
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes and systems, leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Represent the company at recruitment events and conferences to promote the company's employer brand and attract top talent.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate For A Talent Acquisition Director Role At Ernst & Young Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Similar Industry Or Organization.
