  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and attract top talent through various sourcing methods, including job postings, employee referrals, networking events, and partnerships with universities and other organizations.
  3. Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and expectations for each role.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve the recruiting process.
  5. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors.
  7. Develop and maintain a diverse and inclusive recruitment strategy to promote diversity and equity within the company.
  8. Oversee the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
  9. Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to create competitive and compelling offers for selected candidates.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  11. Develop and manage the talent acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  12. Mentor and train team members to improve their recruitment skills and knowledge.
  13. Represent the company at job fairs, conferences, and other recruiting events.
  14. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process and make adjustments as needed to meet the company's evolving needs.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably At A Global Or Multinational Organization

  • Strong Knowledge Of Talent Acquisition Strategies, Tools, And Best Practices

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Recruiters And/Or Talent Acquisition Specialists

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Partner With Senior Leaders And Stakeholders Across The Organization.
