  1. Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent for the company.
  2. Lead and drive the overall recruitment strategy for the organization.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external recruitment partners.
  4. Develop and manage the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient hiring processes.
  5. Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve processes.
  7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  8. Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  9. Create and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  10. Stay updated on the company's goals and objectives to align recruitment efforts with the organization's needs.
  11. Mentor and train recruitment team members, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
  12. Conduct regular performance evaluations of recruitment team members and provide feedback for improvement.
  13. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and other networking opportunities to attract top talent.
  14. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
  15. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Professional Services Or Consulting Firm.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Recruitment Strategies To Attract Top Talent At All Levels.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Current Market Trends And Best Practices In Talent Acquisition, Including Leveraging Technology And Social Media For Recruitment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Candidates.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field; Master's Degree And/Or Relevant Certifications (E.g. Shrm-Scp, Cir) Is A Plus.
