- Develop and execute a strategic talent acquisition plan to attract and acquire top talent for EY.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand current and future talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job postings, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and other external partners to establish EY as an employer of choice.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to ensure they are effectively identifying and screening top talent.
- Conduct interviews and participate in the selection process to ensure the best candidates are hired.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and promote EY as an attractive place to work.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the recruitment process and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure EY remains competitive in attracting top talent.
Extensive Experience In Talent Acquisition: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Corporate Or Professional Services Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Recruitment Strategies And Techniques: The Talent Acquisition Director Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Recruitment Strategies And Techniques, Including Sourcing Methods, Employer Branding, And Candidate Assessment.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With The Leadership Team, Hiring Managers, And External Stakeholders. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential For Effectively Managing Relationships And Driving Recruitment Initiatives.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Recruitment Plans: The Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Effective Recruitment Plans To Attract And Retain Top Talent. This Includes Experience In Leveraging Social Media, Creating Diversity And Inclusion Initiatives, And Utilizing Data-Driven Insights For Recruitment Decision-Making.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. Specialized Certifications In Recruitment, Such As A Certified Recruitment Professional (Crp) Designation, Would Be Considered An Asset.
