  1. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's business objectives.
  2. Partner with the leadership team to understand and anticipate talent needs, and proactively identify and acquire top talent.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods and tools to attract and engage a diverse pool of candidates.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR business partners, and external partners.
  5. Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job description creation to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative sourcing strategies.
  7. Develop and maintain a strong employer brand and candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  8. Manage and coach a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality hiring outcomes.
  9. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and report on key metrics to senior leadership.
  10. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and networks to enhance the organization's talent acquisition efforts.
  12. Stay informed of and comply with all hiring and employment laws and regulations.
  13. Represent the organization at job fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events.
  14. Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations on market trends and talent acquisition strategies.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve the organization's recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition, Preferably In A Large Multinational Organization.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Talent Acquisition Strategies And Programs.

  • Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Trends, Best Practices, And Technologies.

  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage A Team And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
