Solution Architect- Field Service- Tech Consulting
You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Power Platform-based solutions. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life. Designs the solution architecture for Microsoft Dynamics Field Service and Power Platform solutions customized to meet the identified customer business needs. Utilizes knowledge of Microsoft solutions to accurately estimate the effort required to deploy a customized solution. Leads client discussions to review possible solutions to the business requirements presented. Coordinates across multidisciplinary teams and collaborates with functional analysts, architects, and developers, communicating what is required. Monitors the progress and quality of the project.
10+ years of related work experience
A minimum of 5 years of experience in system design or information system
Self-starter and able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Deep understanding of with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Common Data Service/Field Service Entity Framework and familiarity of relational database concepts
Hands on experience of customization of Schedule Board, Resource Schedule Optimization and Work Order Process configurations.
Microsoft certifications a plus, but not required
