- Lead the implementation of the ServiceNow platform to support IT service management processes within the organization.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the evolving needs of the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics to track the effectiveness of the ITSM processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the IT team on the use of the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all ServiceNow-related inquiries and escalations.
- Train and mentor team members on the use of the ServiceNow platform and ITSM processes.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring timely resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with new ServiceNow features and functionality, and make recommendations for their use to enhance ITSM processes.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials and standard operating procedures for the ServiceNow platform.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Represent the ITSM team in meetings and discussions with stakeholders, providing updates on the status of projects and initiatives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the ServiceNow platform to ensure its alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Itsm, Including Experience In Implementation, Configuration, And Administration.
Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Manage Large-Scale Itsm Projects.
Prior Experience Working In A Consulting Or Professional Services Environment, Preferably With A Focus On Itsm Solutions.
