  1. Develop and implement IT service management strategies that align with business objectives and drive efficiency and reliability within the organization.
  2. Lead and manage a team of IT professionals responsible for the operation and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.
  3. Oversee the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business needs and improve service delivery.
  4. Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and continuously improve IT processes and procedures to align with industry standards.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT service issues, minimizing disruption to business operations.
  6. Monitor and report on service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT services.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in ServiceNow and IT service management to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  9. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  10. Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and support their career growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Servicenow Itsm Manager Role

  • Certified Servicenow System Administrator And It Service Management (Itsm) Implementation Specialist

  • Strong Understanding Of Itil Framework And Experience Implementing Itil Processes Within Servicenow

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Servicenow Professionals.
