- Manage and optimize the ServiceNow platform to ensure it meets the needs of the organization.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor for ServiceNow ITSM capabilities.
- Develop and implement IT service management processes in alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Proactively identify and address any gaps or issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve and enhance the ServiceNow platform.
- Train and mentor team members on ServiceNow features and functionality.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in IT service management to provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
- Lead and participate in ServiceNow implementations and upgrades.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements and provide updates on projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement new features.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of IT service management processes.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT service management team.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working With Servicenow Itsm Platform
Servicenow Itsm Certification (Itil Foundation, Servicenow Certified System Administrator, Etc.)
Strong Project Management Skills And Experience Leading Itsm Implementation Projects
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholders
