  1. Lead and develop the HRSD team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  2. Drive a culture of excellence and innovation within the HRSD team, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
  3. Utilize your experience with ServiceNow HRSD to optimize processes and drive efficiencies within the HR service delivery function.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align HRSD initiatives with overall business objectives.
  5. Develop and implement strategic plans for HRSD, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze HRSD metrics to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and provide insights to senior leadership.
  7. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusivity within the HRSD team.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR service delivery, and proactively recommend new approaches or technologies to enhance the function.
  9. Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and senior leadership to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues.
  10. Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks, and resolve conflicts.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR service delivery.
  12. Represent EY as a global leader in professional services, promoting the company's values and culture through your actions and decisions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Hrsd Platform And Its Capabilities.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Service Delivery, Preferably In A Managerial Role.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.

  • Experience In Leading And Developing A Team, As Well As Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver Effective Hr Solutions.
