- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow HRSD projects and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their HR needs and provide strategic recommendations to drive HR transformation.
- Utilize your deep understanding of ServiceNow HRSD and the HR function to effectively guide clients through the implementation and optimization process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions for HR processes.
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery, managing resources and project timelines to meet client expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, developments, and best practices related to ServiceNow HRSD and the HR function.
- Motivate and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their HR goals.
- Proactively identify and resolve potential issues or roadblocks in project delivery, communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
- Take ownership of project budgets and financials, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and profitability targets are met.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
Strong Knowledge Of Servicenow Hrsd And Its Modules, With At Least 2 Years Of Hands-On Experience.
Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team.
Proven Experience In Implementing And Optimizing Hr Processes And Workflows Within Servicenow Hrsd.
