  1. Lead the digital transformation of HR services through the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow HRSD.
  2. Develop and execute a strategic plan for enhancing the employee experience and streamlining HR processes using ServiceNow HRSD.
  3. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into innovative solutions using ServiceNow HRSD.
  4. Manage a team of ServiceNow HRSD experts, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Monitor and analyze HR service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR technology and leverage them to enhance our HR services.
  7. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and timely project delivery.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow HRSD, providing training and support to team members and end-users.
  9. Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to ServiceNow HRSD implementation and operations.
  10. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of our HR services, leveraging data and feedback from stakeholders.
  11. Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HR department and the broader organization.
  12. Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, diversity, and employee development.
  14. Represent Ernst & Young in industry events and conferences to showcase our innovative use of ServiceNow HRSD.
  15. Collaborate with other HR and technology teams to ensure alignment and integration of HR systems and processes.
  16. Communicate project updates, progress, and successes to key stakeholders and leadership.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Service Delivery, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management Or A Related Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Platform And Its Hrsd Module.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Lead A Team Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Hr Best Practices And Industry Trends, With The Ability To Apply Them In A Corporate Setting.
