  1. Lead and manage the HR Service Delivery team at EY, including setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring a high level of performance.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for improving HR service delivery processes and procedures.
  3. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any issues or challenges in HR service delivery.
  5. Use data and analytics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to ensure alignment and support for HR service delivery initiatives.
  7. Monitor and report on HR service delivery metrics and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR service delivery, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  9. Mentor and develop team members, providing training and resources to support their growth and development.
  10. Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption and implementation of new HR service delivery processes and technologies.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
  12. Represent EY as a subject matter expert in HR service delivery, both internally and externally.
  13. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to HR service delivery.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the overall employee experience through HR service delivery.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of EY's culture, values, and business goals to align HR service delivery with organizational objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Service Delivery, Preferably With Servicenow Platform

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Policies, Including Recruitment, Performance Management, And Employee Relations

  • Experience Leading A Team And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Senior Management.
