- Manage and optimize the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform for the organization.
- Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services to employees using the platform.
- Develop and implement strategies for leveraging technology to drive HR processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements for the HRSD platform.
- Monitor and maintain the platform to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and user satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HRSD and incorporate them into the platform.
- Train and support HR and other staff on the effective use of the HRSD platform.
- Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the HRSD platform.
- Manage and prioritize service requests and incidents related to the HRSD platform.
- Conduct regular audits of the HRSD platform to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Participate in the selection and implementation of new HR technology solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal performance of the HRSD platform.
- Analyze and report on key metrics related to the HRSD platform's usage, performance, and user satisfaction.
- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the HR service delivery experience for employees.
- Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD, both internally and externally.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Service Delivery, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Servicenow Hrsd Platform And Its Capabilities.
Experience With Project Management, Process Improvement, And Change Management.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Stakeholder Relationships.
