1. Manage and optimize the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform for the organization.
2. Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services to employees using the platform.
3. Develop and implement strategies for leveraging technology to drive HR processes.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements for the HRSD platform.
5. Monitor and maintain the platform to ensure data accuracy, system performance, and user satisfaction.

11. Participate in the selection and implementation of new HR technology solutions.
12. Collaborate with vendors and manage relationships to ensure timely resolution of issues and optimal performance of the HRSD platform.
13. Analyze and report on key metrics related to the HRSD platform's usage, performance, and user satisfaction.
14. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the HR service delivery experience for employees.
15. Represent the organization as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow HRSD, both internally and externally.
