9. Keep up to date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the HRSD platform with other systems and tools.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and drive change to enhance the overall employee experience.
12. Act as a subject matter expert on the HRSD platform, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
13. Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
14. Represent EY in a professional manner, both internally and externally, as a leader in HR technology.
