
ServiceNow HRSD - Manager

- Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HRSD platform, ensuring its smooth and efficient functioning.
- Collaborate with the HR team to identify and understand their needs, and provide solutions to streamline and optimize HR processes.
- Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and innovations, and proactively propose new ideas to enhance the HRSD platform.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders and external vendors.
- Train and mentor team members on the use and functionality of the HRSD platform.
- Manage and monitor performance metrics to ensure the platform is meeting business needs and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the HRSD platform.
- Keep up to date with company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the HRSD platform with other systems and tools.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and drive change to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the HRSD platform, providing guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Represent EY in a professional manner, both internally and externally, as a leader in HR technology.
- Contribute to the overall success of EY by promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations And Management.
Certification In Servicenow Hrsd Or Equivalent Experience With The Platform.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
