- Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform to support the delivery of HR services to employees.
- Drive the continuous improvement of HR service delivery processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet the needs of the business.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR service management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR business partners, to understand their needs and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR service management and leverage this knowledge to enhance our service delivery.
- Create and maintain documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and user guides, to ensure consistency and clarity in service delivery.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the ServiceNow HRSD platform is integrated and aligned with other HR systems and processes.
- Lead and support change management initiatives related to the implementation and adoption of the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the progress and success of the HR service management function.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to HR service delivery.
- Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and inclusive work culture within the HR service management team.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to support the overall goals of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With At Least 2 Years In A Managerial Role.
Expertise In Servicenow Hrsd Platform, Including Implementation, Configuration, And Ongoing Maintenance.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Drive Successful Hrsd Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Relationships With External Vendors.
