1. Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the ServiceNow HRSD platform to support the delivery of HR services to employees.
2. Drive the continuous improvement of HR service delivery processes and workflows to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions to meet the needs of the business.
4. Lead and mentor a team of HR service management professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of services.
