- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the CRM Infra and Release Management processes within the organization.
- Create and implement strategies to optimize the delivery of services to clients.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM Infra and Release Management teams, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor and track key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of services and processes.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate any potential issues.

Experience In Crm Infrastructure Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Managing Crm Infrastructure, Including System Configuration, Customization, And Maintenance.
Knowledge Of Release Management: The Candidate Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Release Management Processes, Including Planning, Scheduling, And Coordinating Software Releases.
Project Management Skills: The Service Delivery Manager Should Have Experience In Project Management, Including Budgeting, Resource Allocation, And Risk Management.
