This includes regular performance monitoring, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements to enhance the user experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Crm Infrastructure Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Crm Infrastructure, Including Implementation, Maintenance, And Upgrades. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Crm Systems Such As Salesforce, Sap, Or Microsoft Dynamics.

  • Project Management Skills: As A Service Delivery Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Projects Related To Crm Infrastructure And Release Management. They Should Have Proven Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Budgeting, And Resource Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Release Management: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Release Management Processes And Practices. They Should Be Able To Effectively Plan, Coordinate, And Communicate With Stakeholders To Ensure Smooth And Timely Software Releases.

  • Knowledge Of Itil Framework: It Infrastructure Library (Itil) Is A Widely Adopted Framework For It Service Management. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Itil Processes And Best Practices, As Well As Experience In Implementing Them In A Corporate Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Service Delivery Manager, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of It Professionals And Collaborating With Various Stakeholders, Including Business Teams, Vendors, And Senior Management. They Should Have Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills To Effectively Drive Initiatives And Resolve Conflicts.
