- Lead the Technology Risk & Financial Audit IT team, providing guidance and direction to team members.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential technology risks for clients.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies and controls to mitigate identified risks.
- Conduct financial audits and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting for clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technology risk and financial audit.
- Collaborate with other departments and teams within the organization to provide comprehensive services to clients.
- Mentor and coach junior team members, providing guidance on technical skills and career development.
- Communicate effectively with clients, presenting findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
- Monitor and track project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Uphold the values and standards of the organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism and ethical behavior.
Extensive Experience In Technology Risk Management: A Senior Manager In This Role Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Technology Risks Within A Financial Services Environment. This Includes Experience In Conducting Risk Assessments, Developing Risk Management Strategies, And Implementing Risk Mitigation Plans.
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Audit And Regulatory Requirements: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Financial Audit Processes And Regulatory Requirements In The Financial Services Industry. This Includes Experience In Conducting Financial Audits, Knowledge Of Accounting Principles, And Familiarity With Regulatory Frameworks Such As Sox And Coso.
Leadership And Project Management Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Technology Risk And Financial Audit Professionals. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And Experience In Project Management Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
Advanced Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Information Security, Data Privacy, And It Infrastructure. This Includes Experience With Risk Assessment Tools, Security Controls, And Data Analytics.
