  1. Lead and manage a team of professionals within the Financial Accounting & Advisory department.
  2. Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to clients of all sizes and industries.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with their business objectives.
  4. Use your deep understanding of financial accounting principles to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
  5. Continuously monitor and assess changes in financial regulations and industry trends to ensure our clients are compliant and ahead of the curve.
  6. Collaborate with other departments within EY to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
  7. Identify opportunities for business growth and drive new business development initiatives.
  8. Coach and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential.
  9. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  10. Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation within the team.
  11. Represent EY at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and thought leadership.
  12. Stay up-to-date with EY's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
  13. Maintain accurate and timely reporting of project progress and financials to senior management.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for EY, promoting our values and culture both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Financial Accounting: A Senior Manager At Ernst & Young Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Financial Accounting, With A Strong Understanding Of Gaap And Ifrs Regulations.

  • Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Financial Professionals.

  • Advisory Experience: The Role Requires An Individual Who Has Experience In Providing Financial Advisory Services To Clients. This Includes Conducting Financial Analysis, Developing Strategic Plans, And Providing Recommendations For Improvement.

  • Professional Qualifications: A Senior Manager At Ernst & Young Should Hold A Professional Accounting Designation Such As Cpa, Ca, Or Acca, Along With A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Accounting Or Finance.

  • Communication And Client Management Skills: The Role Requires Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, As Well As The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients. The Candidate Should Also Have Experience In Managing Client Engagements And Delivering High-Quality Service.
