- Lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems for clients, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized SAP solutions that meet clients' business needs.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients on SAP best practices, system capabilities, and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and providing strategic recommendations for leveraging SAP technology.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and updates in SAP systems and share knowledge with the team to continuously improve processes and solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets for SAP projects and ensure adherence to them.
- Identify potential risks and issues in SAP projects and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular status updates and progress reports to clients and senior management.
- Stay up-to-date with EY's standards and procedures and ensure compliance in all SAP projects.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, and presenting solutions.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Experience In Sap Implementation And Management, Preferably In A Consulting Or Professional Services Firm.
Strong Understanding Of Sap Modules And Their Integration, Including Finance, Supply Chain, And Human Resources.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sap Consultants.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies, With The Ability To Effectively Plan, Execute, And Monitor Large-Scale Sap Projects.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Clients And Senior Management.
