  1. Develop and implement strategies for promoting responsible and ethical AI practices within client organizations.
  2. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current AI practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ethical AI principles into clients' AI development and deployment processes.
  4. Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in AI technology and ethics to provide informed guidance to clients.
  5. Advise clients on potential risks and ethical considerations related to their AI initiatives.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs on responsible AI for clients' employees and stakeholders.
  7. Lead discussions and workshops with clients to facilitate dialogue on responsible AI and its impact on their business and society.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the ethical implications of clients' AI projects and provide guidance on how to address any potential issues.
  9. Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices for responsible AI and incorporate them into client recommendations.
  10. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on industry developments and their potential impact on their AI initiatives.
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop responsible AI policies and procedures for Ernst & Young.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on responsible AI for both internal and external stakeholders.
  13. Maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to AI and advise clients on compliance.
  14. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve Ernst & Young's approach to responsible AI and share best practices with colleagues and clients.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Ai Technology And Applications: A Responsible Ai Manager At Ernst & Young Should Have An In-Depth Knowledge Of Ai Technology, Including Its Capabilities, Limitations, And Potential Risks. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Ai Applications, Such As Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, And Computer Vision.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Ai Strategies: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Responsible Ai Strategies For Organizations. This Includes Identifying Potential Ethical And Societal Implications Of Ai, And Designing And Implementing Appropriate Governance Frameworks To Mitigate Risks.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory And Compliance Requirements: As Ai Continues To Evolve, There Is An Increasing Focus On Ensuring Responsible And Ethical Use Of Ai. A Responsible Ai Manager At Ernst & Young Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Requirements, Such As Gdpr And Ai Ethics Guidelines.

  • Strong Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills: Given The Complex And Rapidly Changing Nature Of Ai, Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Responsible Ai Manager. They Should Be Able To Clearly Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, And Build Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders To Drive Responsible Ai Initiatives.
