- Lead and manage the release process for technology products and services at EY.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of products to market.
- Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Communicate release status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the release process.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and adherence to agile methodologies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient release process.

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to release management and incorporate them into the EY release process.
- Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and methodologies.
- Collaborate with other Release Train Engineers across EY to share knowledge and best practices.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the release process and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
- Maintain documentation and records related to the release process.
- Adhere to EY's standards, processes, and policies while executing release activities.
- Act as an ambassador for EY and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
Strong Project Management Skills: The Release Train Engineer At Ernst & Young Must Possess Excellent Project Management Skills To Effectively Plan, Organize, And Execute Complex Projects.
