As a Release Train Engineer at Ernst & Young (EY), you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery and coordination of our technology products and services.   1. Lead and manage the release process for technology products and services at EY.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of products to market.
  3. Develop and maintain release plans, timelines, and budgets.
  4. Communicate release status and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  5. Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact the release process.
  6. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment and adherence to agile methodologies.
  7. Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient release process.
  8. Continuously improve and optimize the release process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to release management and incorporate them into the EY release process.
  10. Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and methodologies.
  11. Collaborate with other Release Train Engineers across EY to share knowledge and best practices.
  12. Act as a subject matter expert on the release process and provide guidance and support to other teams as needed.
  13. Maintain documentation and records related to the release process.
  14. Adhere to EY's standards, processes, and policies while executing release activities.
  15. Act as an ambassador for EY and represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
