Responsibilities of Recruiting Immigration Analyst:
• Evaluate and assess immigration eligibility to ensure compliance with immigration regulations. • Monitor and analyze changes to immigration regulations and policies. • Assist with the preparation and submission of immigration applications and petitions. • Communicate with immigration authorities in order to resolve issues. • Provide advice to employers and employees on immigration matters. • Assist with training and development of immigration policies and procedures. • Maintain confidential records and documents related to immigration. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with immigration laws. • Create and maintain detailed reports and documents related to immigration activities. • Develop strategies to effectively manage the recruitment process. • Proactively identify and address potential immigration issues. • Participate in immigration meetings and events.
