Job Description

At EY, we are looking for a talented and motivated Immigration Analyst to join our Recruiting team. The Immigration Analyst will be a critical part of our team, working directly with the Recruiting team, Human Resources, and external immigration service providers to ensure that we are compliant with all applicable employment regulations.We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong attention to detail. The successful candidate should have experience working with immigration laws and regulations, and have an ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure compliance. Responsibilities:

  1. Work directly with the Recruiting team, Human Resources, and external immigration service providers to ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations.
  2. Maintain awareness of changes in immigration laws and regulations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
  3. Provide immigration consultancy services to internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Develop and manage immigration processes to ensure compliance and efficient processing.
  5. Create reports and metrics outlining immigration data and compliance.
  6. Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding immigration issues.
  7. Liaise with external immigration service providers to coordinate applications and ensure compliance with regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain a database of immigration documents and records.
  9. Assist in the development of immigration policies and procedures.
  10. Other duties as assigned.
