Recruiting Immigration Analyst

Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2 years' experience in a similar role. Responsibilities:

1. Provide administrative support to the recruitment and immigration functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for the management and coordination of the recruitment and immigration process.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to the recruitment and immigration process.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Monitor and review immigration applications, petitions and other documents.
5. Liaise with external agencies and consultants to stay abreast of changes in immigration legislation and best practices.
6. Develop and implement recruitment and immigration strategies to better meet the needs of the organization.
7. Assist in the onboarding of new hires, including the completion of immigration paperwork.
8. Provide training and guidance to the recruitment and immigration teams on procedures and policies.
9. Create and distribute reports related to recruitment and immigration activities.
10. Respond to queries and provide guidance to internal stakeholders on immigration-related matters.
