This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about immigration law and helping people reach their goals.As the Recruiting Immigration Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with immigration regulations as they relate to the recruitment and onboarding of employees. To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational, research, and communication skills, along with a sound knowledge of immigration law. You must also be able to work independently and possess the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze current immigration regulations to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.
  2. Research and develop creative solutions to recruiting and onboarding challenges posed by immigration regulations.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers and other departments to ensure compliance with immigration laws.
  4. Provide advice and consultation on immigration law to internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Monitor changes in immigration laws and ensure the timely implementation of any applicable modifications.
  6. Manage multiple immigration-related projects and tasks simultaneously.
  7. Prepare and submit all required immigration documents and petitions.
  8. Assist with the development of immigration policies and procedures.
  9. Maintain accurate records and updates of all immigration-related information.
  10. Respond to inquiries from employees and external stakeholders regarding immigration-related matters.
